Vice President of Product
Jackie Cook is the Vice President of Product for NCM Associates, responsible for leading the strategic development and management of the company’s product portfolio. She oversees the innovation, enhancement, and performance of NCM offerings to ensure they align with client needs and the organization’s strategic goals. Jackie collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and client services, to deliver impactful solutions that drive client success and business outcomes.
Jackie is passionate about creating meaningful solutions that empower businesses to thrive and achieve sustainable growth. She believes that great products are more than just tools—they are catalysts for transformation, helping clients solve complex challenges, streamline operations, and uncover new opportunities. Her focus is on fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to create products that anticipate and adapt to future needs while delivering measurable value today.
With over 20 years of experience in people, product, and process management, Jackie has built a successful career rooted in leadership and innovation. She began her professional journey in the mailroom of an insurance company, where her leadership potential quickly became evident. Over 14 years, she advanced through the organization while earning two undergraduate degrees. This foundation led to a role with a global organization, where she spent nine years expanding client-facing products and teams, founding a division to support early-career professionals worldwide—a reflection of her dedication to fostering talent.
In May 2024, Jackie joined NCM Associates, bringing her extensive expertise and a proven track record of driving organizational success. Her career highlights include managing large teams, launching impactful products, and championing initiatives that empower individuals and businesses alike.
Jackie holds two bachelor’s degrees from Penn State: a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also earned a Mastering Design Thinking certificate from MIT and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and volunteering. She values the opportunity to give back to the community and explore new cultures through travel. Her greatest joy, however, is spending quality time with her husband and family, cherishing the moments that bring connection and inspiration.
